Word doc Saved as Web Page won't print from web

I have been maintaining my parents webpage by saving a document as a Web Page
in Word 2000, and then posting it to AOL. My parents now bought Word 2003
(11.5604.5606) to maintain this themselves, however, after they save and post
the document, no one can print it from Internet Explorer. I have tried
posting their document, but same problem. They can post my Word 2000
document, and it prints. I cannot find anything in the HTML source that is
generated from Word 2003 that would prohibit printing, but then I an not an
HTML expert.

Any suggestions?

Here is the URL for the webpage that works: http://hometown.aol.com/rosyn/.
The non-printing one is no longer posted, but I have the source (in text
format) for both. Does this site allow attachments?
