Word Doc. password

Hi I lost my notebook with passwords for words doc.
Don't know what to do.Any advises would be very
appreciated.Thanks.
 
Short of hypnosis there is little chance of accessing these documents.
Word's encryption is excellent. There are password cracking programs
available, but the chances of them doing anything useful quickly are
extremely limited, but by all means try, but do you really want to give your
credit card details to someone who cracks passwords for a living? There is
