word doc into excel

When I copy a paragraph form a word doc to paste into a
cell in Excel, it should cell should wrap to fit. It
however winds up wrapping to the cells below.
 
Try this:

Click to put the cursor within the formula bar instead of on the cell.
Right-click>Paste

Resize the col width & format cell to taste
