word doc embedded info, in header?

Is there a way to remove hidden information in a word document..
info that seems to be embedded is from old use of a header for a resume,
that contained personal contact information.

can not seem to delete that information from my documents.
also: is there a way to do all documents at once? thanks

Information in the header should be deletable, but if the document has a
different First Page Header and is only one page long, then you'll need to
insert a page break (temporarily) in order to access the primary Header and
delete content.
