Word crashes when saving text copied from the Web

Since I loaded Word from Office 2003 I can no longer copy and paste text from
Internet sites and then save the file.
 
Does the problem occur when copying, when pasting, or when
saving? What happens when you try? Have you tried Edit | Paste
Special | Paste as: Unformatted text | OK?
