Word could not load the e-mail envelope

When tring to send a document via e-mail from word using the icon on the tool
bar this message is displayed.

"word could not load the e-mail envelope. this could be
caused by a network problem or a problem with your office
installation"

Running Office XP and recently upgraded Outlook only to 2003 due to Small
Business Server installtion.

Have located 3 symptoms to this issue in the knowledge base but none of them
work for this instance of the error.

Any ideas?

Your best bet will be to ask this question in an OUTLOOK newsgroup, as
Exchange/Outlook are responsible for the email feature "hooked into" Word.
