Word - auto text in new docs

I have a new computer with Office Word 2003. Everytime I click to bring up a
new doc using the new blank doc icon in the tool par, the document comes up
with the word "spring" in the first line first space. Does anyone know how I
can clear this so that nothing but a bank page comes up? Thanks for any
assistance provided.
