Hello,
I am using Windows XP pro and Office XP professional.
Configuration:
-> Outlook uses Word as the email editor.
->Word always creates a backup copy when saving a file.
If I do the following:
Open Outlook
Open an email saved in the draft folder
Open Word
Open a word document already existing
change the word document
save
change the word document again
save again
Word Hang and I can't recover neither the word document
nor the email that I was editing.
Then when I close manually Word, it says 'The program is
not responding' and I loose everything.
If I close Outlook, it seems to close properly but in
fact the process Outlook is still running.
I lost a lot of work because of this bug and I would like
to know if there is any solution/fix for it.
Thank you for your help.
