Word as Attachment

When I type something in Word (2002) and then click on file and send to, the
send as attachment is not there. I have gone into the tools/options and the
send as attachment is checked. Also, my default email is set to Outlook
Express (6).

Any ideas how to get the send as attachment to show up?
