i am looking for the programs that contain word art , perfer it to text art
 
WordArt is not a stand-alone program, but is an applet that runs within other
programs such as Word, Excel & PowerPoint. To use it you can click a button
on the appropriate toolbar (usually Drawing) or go to Insert>Picture>WordArt
when usingone of the programs that support WordArt. Also, WordArt objects
cannot be saved as individual files, although they can be copied & pasted
from one host file to another.

Word includes WordArt, as do all other Microsoft Office apps that use this
feature.
