G Guest Mar 15, 2007 #2 TIt is a watermark. The help menu says you can to this in the Format Menu - shneet - Background. I have never tried it before in Excel although I have used it in word.

G Guest Mar 16, 2007 #5 Thank you Gord Dibben, Downloaded Ron de Bruin's 'watermark' samples... did a copy/paste into my own document, then re-formated the word art. Probably not the best way to do it, but it worked, so thank you again. TC
