Word and Outlook open slowly after converting from trial

I converted my trial version of Microsoft for a purchased Microsoft Office
Enterprise 2007 edition (vista operating system). All of the programs except
Word and Outlook converted fine.

I checked the journal logs in outlook and removed all of the trial versions.

I have tried to activate the programs individually and the message either
says the program has already been activated or the number of activations has
met the limit. These are brand new disks, so there is no reason it would
have met the maximum downloads.

Word and Outlook will eventually load, but each takes more than five minutes.

Any help you can probvide would be greatly appreciated.
