someone gave me a list of addresses in word - how can i change those to excell?

Have you tried copy and paste. When you did that what happened. It depends a
lot on what the addresses look like in word as to how much luck you will have
getting them into XL...

Windy,

After you copy the addresses in Word go into the Excel sheet and right
click. Utilize the Paste Speical options in Excel to see if they provide what
you need.

One way is to save the Word file as a text file, parse it into Excel, and
then operate on it (macros, formulas, cut/paste, etc.) to get the desired
spreadsheet format.

Copy and paste will do the same thing.
