Word 2007

I want to create a form in MS Word 2007. In 2003 I would go to View and hit
the forms button and I could insert the fields from there????
 
Start Microsoft Word

Click the Microsoft Office Button (the button with Office Logo - Left Hand
Side of Home button), and then click Word Options.
Select the Show Developer tab in the Personalize box, and then click OK.

A new menu will appear with Developer name which you can use to insert
Fields etc.
