word 2007

when i had word 2003 -to protect a document i went to file-save as
-tools-general options- password to open- then type in password .
In word 2007 i cannot find how to do this other than go to review and
download rights management which says you allways have to go online!
I do not want to use this -is their another way?

Click on the Office Button (the pizza button!) and click on Prepare-Encrypt
Document
