Word 2007 vs Avery Clear Labels

What happened to:

Tools > Letter and Mailings > Envelopes and Labels then looking for the
Avery tab?

Am sure it must be hidden within Word 2007 but where.

Click on Labels and then click on the Label Vendors' box. You should see
'Avery A4/A5' listed. Once selected, you will find J8159.
