Word 2007 translation - shows every word wrong but I know it's rig

Word 2007 - Translating from English to Spanish - shows all word wrong - The
program is set to all language dictionary (and tried just Spanish)

I have had the document checked by a bilingual employee and she say's that
is right, so what's wrong?
 
Apply the Spanish language formatting parameter to the text. It appears that
you have English applied. Check the language indicator in the Word status
bar for confirmation.

Did you apply the Spanish language parameter to the text in question?
CTRL+A then Review > Set Language > Spanish?
