Word 2007 track changes

Once I've accepted changes how do I remove the blank baloon area which is
displayed on the left of my page?

If you've accepted all the changes, deleted all the comments, and turned
Track Changes off, you should not be seeing the balloon space, but if you
are, then viewing/printing from Final view rather than Final Showing Markup
will give the desired result.
