Word 2007 Track changes multiple reviewers on shared computer

I have searched and searched. Anyone know how to switch back and forth
between reviewers/authors while entering changes in the Track Changes feature
without continuously having to "Change User Name"?

Is it a good idea for multiple users to use a single computer without
each logging out so the next user can log in as themself with their
own password? Then you'd have different usernames automatically.
