Word 2007 spacing

I am making a list in word 2007 and everytime I hit enter it shows a double
space in between each article. How can I change this to show one space in
between the articles?

e.g.
Bob
Charles
It shows a bouble space in between Bob and Charles.

Not double spacing, but 10 pt Space After paragraph spacing. Have a look:

you're using.
