Word 2007 Reminder to delete comments

Does anyone know if there is a setting available to flag you that you still
have comments in the document, when closing a file. These comments are kept
until a final is ready to go out electronically, but if the last person
working on the document is not working in 'Final Showing Markup' view, the
document could be sent with comments. This is not good. We are looking for
a reminder that comments are still there when saving the document.

Any suggestions?

Yes, there is a setting.

Go to Office button > Word Options > Trust Center > Trust Center Settings >
Privacy Options. Check the box for "Warn before printing, saving or sending
a file that contains tracked changes or comments".
