Note that if many successive paragraphs has "Keep with next" enabled, you
will get unexpected results, because sooner or later Word must break the
page.
On the other hand, if only selected paragraphs have the setting, but you
press Enter twice to get spacing between paragraphs, "Keep with next" will
apply to those blank paragraphs, which will also make it look as if "Keep
with next" is not working properly. Use Spacing Before or After (Paragraph
group of the Page Layout ribbon tab) instead of blank paragraphs.
"Widow and orphan control" only works correctly within paragraphs. In other
words, if what is logically a *line* of text ends with a paragraph mark
(because Enter was pressed), it will be treated as a single-line paragraph.
