Word 2007 - Fields vs Content Controls

I have a template in which I have some fields & some of the new content
controls. F11 moves from one field to the next but skips the content
controls. Is there a keystroke that will jump to the next control? Or is
there a keystroke that will move to both fields and content controls?
 
Not sure if this helps, but if you protect the document you can use the down
and up arrows to move between content controls and/or fields.
