Word 2007 - Converting a populated form into a regular doc

I have a populated form that I would like to convert into a regular word
document without form text fields but I would like to keep the text that
already exists in the populated form fields. Is there an easy way to do this?

Ctrl+A to Select All and Ctrl+Shift+F9 to unlink the form fields. You may
not be able to do this while the form is protected, but if you use the Lock
button (which you can put on the QAT) instead of the Protect Document task
pane, the field content will be preserved.
