Word 2003

I can open a word doc but if I try to print it stops responding. How do I fix
this

Try printing from another office program, does it work? If not you have a
printer issue (make sure printer is online)

If you can print from another program, it is likely that the file you are
using is corrupt. Try creating a new word document and print again.

Other programs seem to print fine. It seems to be a word and excel issue. The
program stops responding when trying to print.
