word 2003

I have a computer with Office 2003 installed

When ever I print from office only 1 document prints (eg I might have a 4
page document but want 10 copies of the document. I will only get 1 copy of
the document which is all the 4 pages)

I have reloaded the printer and office, deleted normal.dot and still get the
problem

If I use word pad it works ok

HELP!
