Word 2003 track changes

Hi there. Is there any way of accepting all formatting tracked changes in
Word 2003 in one fell swoop? (ie keep the text changes). Thanks a lot, Gráinne
 
To accept all changes at once: On the Reviewing toolbar, click the arrow to
the right of the Accept Change button. Choose Accept All Changes in
Document.

On the other hand, if you are trying to accept only the formatting changes,
use the Show button (on the Reviewing toolbar) to hide all changes but the
formatting changes. Then click Accept Change | Accept All Changes Shown.
