Word 2003 - Toolbar Header/Footer not visible

Hi,

We have since a couple of weeks office 2003. With word 97 we had problems
with the toolbar head/footer. This problem was solved by deleting the data
key in the registry. With word 2003 we have the same problem, when you
doubleclick on a header or footer, the toolbar is not visible. I hate it..
I search for the data key, but i can't find it. How can i solve this problem!

The Data key should be in the same place, except under Office/11.0 instead of
8.0 (the version numbers)

If your data key is continually being damaged, I suspect there's a problem with
your Windows installation. In almost ten years of using Windows versions with
Registry, and using Word intensively, I've had to reconstitute my Data key
once, I think...
