Word 2003- tool bar

The tool bar on top of screen is missing many of the functions. Example. I
can't change size or color of text. Also when I attach a doc. it doesn't
seem to attach, hoever if I send it out they do receive it, but it doesn't
show as an attacemnet on my end. J

Do you have the Standard and Formatting toolbars displayed on two rows? If
not, you'll see only the most recently used commands. See Tools | Customize
| Options. Also note that, using the Commands tab, you can add any buttons
you need.
