Word 2003 Text Box Problem

I am using Word 2003 in Windows XP. In the document I am working on, I have
a portion where I have text on the left. To the right of the text I have
created text boxes were I have inserted equations using MS Equation Editor
3.1. A little further down the document, I created text boxes with linked
Excel 2003 spreadsheet information. In normal view & print preview
everything looks fine. When I print the document, the spreadsheet info
prints in it's normal place but also shows up in a couple places where
equations should be in the text boxes. I have tried everything I can think
of but to no avail. Am I missing a text box setting or something? Or would
this be a Word problem? Please HELP!!!!!

Thank You Cindy.

You are right. I did copy the formulas from a different part of the doc &
paste them into the text boxes (tried to save time). After I posted this
request I deleted the copied formulas & rewrote them from scratch. This
corrected my problem.

To answer your second question; I tried many ways to get the doc to look
just the way I wanted. Basically I have text on the left side of the doc
(sliding the "right indent" to the left) explaining the formulas & worksheets
on the right. I tried the two column format (to much work). I tried
floating the formulas & worksheets (couldn't get them to stay where I wanted
them). But the text boxes gave me the ability to lock the position of the
text box with it's defining text on the left. So as I edit the document the
text boxes move up & down with their text.

Again Cindy, Thank You for your help!
