Word 2003 templates - how to protect & limit styles

Hi
I would like to create .dot templates that limit the styles and formatting,
such that users of these templates CANNOT add other styles or formatting
besides those provided in that template.
How to go about it on the protection part ?

Tools > protect > limit formatting to a selection of styles is about the
best you will achieve, but it isn't foolproof. Ultimately any such
restriction can be worked around. User training to the demanded requirements
is always the better option.

Thanks. What about Word 2007? Does it have better features for this aspect
when compared with Word 2003 ?
