Word 2003 Spell Check Question

Word 2003 Spell Check Questio

I would like to work with the words with the Red Squiggly
underline after the spell check.

For example in a Visual Basic or C# program

Is there a way to get the Word (2003) word that the Word
SpellChecker does not recognize (the one with the Red
Squiggly) so that I can programmatically work with that
word (for example, change it) by way of my C# program
