Word 2003 "Save As" command disabled

All of a sudden, now when I try to "SAVE AS" on any
document I get, "The macro cannot be found or has been
disabled because of your Macro security settings."

I changed the Macro Security setting from High to Medium,
and then even to Low, but SAVE AS remains disallowed.
When I close the doc, I am prompted then to Save, (but
only as the current name of course).

I have Norton Anti-Virus running. I've tried unchecking
the Office Plug-In, and also Disabling Auto-Protect. No
effect -- SAVE AS still won't work.

What has happened? How can't I enable my Word's SAVE AS
command again?

Hi Joev,

I've been using Word 2003 for over a year now (beta testing)
and I've never seen or heard of anything like this...

If you hold down the CTRL key when you start up Word (until
it appears on screen), does the problem go away?
