Word 2003 - Mailmerge

Hi

Iam trying to create name and address labels merging from an excel
spreadsheet. Following the mailmerge wizard we have gone through all of the
steps exactly as we want to however, the name appears Surname first and then
first name. How do we reverse this?

Put the surname field before the forename field!

If you have the surname and forename in the same field in your Excel file
you will need to modify that to create separate fields.

That should have read - put the surname field AFTER the forename field (
