Word 2003 docs closed by W2K -- how to recover unsaved doc?

I had several Word 2003 documents open and I was trying to get finished with
a document before I rebooted. I got a message about low memory resources.
After several warnings, all of my Word 2003 were closed but one of the
documents was brand new and I was in the process of creating it. But I had
not saved it.

Did Windows save this as a temporary doc somewhere on my W2K system? If so,
where?

Unless you had been working on it long enough to create an AutoRecovery
backup (which would be presented the next time you started Word), you're out
of luck, I'm afraid.
