Word 2003 Default Font

Word keeps reverting back to Times Roman no matter what Font I select and
change check the Make Default box.
I've tried removing and reinstalling Word but the same thing happens.

This is an indication that you are not saving normal.dot when you close. If
you have Acrobat 7 installed, see the last part of
