Word 2003 Blank Printing

Yes, my word docs sent to the printer are coming out blank pages. I can
print from other internet sources. There has been no printing problem until
just now. Dell XP Tech support made serious attempts to correct the problem
but was unsuccessful. How can this be fixed.

In Word, can you see the text if you switch to Print Preview?

OK, that rules out any formatting issues with the text itself.

What else have you tried? Have you reinstalled the printer driver?
