I have Word 2002 on my year-old laptop. I am able to create and save
documents (as a .doc file) with no problem. I also run Outlook EXpress 6 as
my email program with no problem. Unlike on my desktop with the same
programs, where I can select File/Send to/Mail recipient, I cannot do this on
the laptop. The Mail recipient is grayed out and therefore inactive. Any
thoughts on the cause and solution?
