How do you add a icon for a second printer to the Word toolbar to hot print
just the address while working in a letter? (running windows xp)

Yes, she said she used to be able to start typing in a new Word dcument, when
she finished typing the last line in the address, click on a second printer
icon on her toolbar, and it would print to a printer set up for labels.

Thanks, I missed the link on Thursday. But, have printed off the info, I
thought she might have to create a macro, but wasn't sure. You have been
very helpful!!
