Word 2002 won't save all of envelope return address

When printing an envelope,

I have Word 2002 set to print
"Address Services Requested"

A couple of lines underneath my return address.

Each time I start Word and go to print
an envelope - all I get is Address Services R"
and the "equested" is always cut off.

Is there a way to fix this?

Are you printing directly from the envelope dialog? [the form that has a box
for sender's address and recipient's address etcetera]
if so, click on "add to document"
click in the address box on the created envelope
you should see a box frame with handles [those little boxes in all four
corners and at each end]
on the right side grab the center handle and click and drag to the right
until your full text is revealed.
