NO I DO NOT HAVE Arabic proofing tools installed , HOW CAN I GET IT

The proofing tools included in Office depend on which localized version you
have: see

You can, however, buy a CD that includes proofing tools for many languages,
including Arabic; see

I live in the UK and a typical online store page showing the product is this

with that information, you should be able to find the product in your
locality. It is rather expensive..
