If you remove all paragraph breaks, you'll end up with all the text in a
single paragraph, which may or may not be what you want. To do this, you can
use the Replace dialog to replace ^p with nothing. But see http://word.mvps.org/FAQs/Formatting/CleanWebText.htm in case that's more
along the lines of what you're wanting.
