Hi,

I am using Word 2000 and I would like to sort my documents by numbers. Is
there any way of doing this? For example, if I have docs called 1,2 & 11
then, Word would sort the docs by 1 - 11 - 2...

Thanks for your help.

I gather you want to see the list of files in their proper order in
the File > Open dialog or in Windows Explorer... The only way to do
that is to use two digits for all of the file names, putting a zero in
front of the one-digit numbers. When you have them named 01, 02, ...
10, 11,... they will sort properly.
