Word 2000 Auto Text

I have a user that uses Auto Text. She has build a list of items to insert
in "normal". She was using it one day and the next, it was gone. We were
not able to recover her list but when she opens Auto Text, "Norma" isn't
there. She builds a list again and it doesn't save.

Any ideas?
