Word 2000 Arrow Style

How can I change the begining or end style of arrows, using something other
than the normally available choices? For example, place a hand at the end of
the arrow.

Not in Word.

Use a graphics program, such as Windows Paint or Paint.NET (www.getpaint.net),
to draw the arrow and add characters or clip art for custom ends. Save it as a
graphic file (generally .jpg or .png), which you can insert into the Word
document with Insert > Picture > From File.
