Issue is that when I open Word 1997 I get the following
message.
1 "WORD CANNOT OPEN THE EXISTING "[] (SMALL BOX)
If you press enter it takes you to a very basic document
with no margins etc...
When I try to close Word the following message appears.
"Do you want to replace the exsisting normal?
If you press no, it takes you back to original blank doc.
When you try to close again it says.
"CHANGES HAVE BEEN MADE THAT AFFECT THE GLOBAL TEMPLATE,
NORMAL. DO YOU WANT TO SAVE THOSE CHANGES?
The only way to finally exit Word is to follow these three
unnecessary steps and click CANCEL to the last question.
Please advice as to how to return Word 97 to it's original
operations. Thanks for your help, looking forawrd to
hearing back from you.
