Word '07:Anyone figure out a way to rotate text?

I have a text box in a document and want the text inside to rotate...in
searching online at Microsoft learned you cannot rotate text in a text box in
Word '07...does anyone have any suggestions for rotating text (this text is
not WordArt) in a document in Word '07...wanted to put this word in a "quote
caption" ....thanks!

Hi, in word 2003 you left-click the text box, then click on Format from the
main menu and select Text Direction - works in '03 like a charm. Good luck.

Assuming you want to rotate something other than at 90 degree angles, your
best bet is to use the new OfficeArt objects in Excel or PowerPoint (format
exactly as you want it, including the rotation), then copy it and in Word,
Paste Special as Enhanced Metafile. If you have to update the text inside,
you'd have to do it outside of Word and re-paste the object back in.
