won't start

I have just moved a pc from one domain to another, the user is now unable to
even start outlook 2003; All that is displayed is "unable to start" it is a
security issue as i can start the product if i log on as an administrator,
everything else is fine mapped drives home directories al all there. Anyone
have any ideas?
