Won't print multiple copies

I have Word 2007 on a Vista operating system. When I go to print and I ask
for multiple copies, it only prints one!

This is very annoying and time-consuming. Does anyone know what is going on?

Is it an old printer? Most probably its from your printer- driver try to find
and install the latest driver for that particular printer.
