Once you have Adobe Acrobat Reader installed and working, set up associations (if they
aren't already done automatically) so that whenever you try to open a .pdf file, Acrobat
Reader will automatically start up and open it.
To set associations, find a file and look at it's right-click menu. Chose "Open With"
and you can figure it out from there.
